This was a close friend to me, Andre. I met him in algebra 2 last year. One summer night last year I saw on someone’s Snapchat story “RIP ANDRE”. I couldn’t believe it. So I texted that person and sadly it was true, Andre had committed suicide. I was in denial, I even tried to text him over and over hoping it was a joke. The first couple of months consisted of a lot of crying and confusion. Andre was a happy person, always lifting people up. I don’t understand it. But sometimes even the happiest people can hide their troubles in their smiles.
